1. Q: Are you a trading company or first hand factory ?

    A: We are a first hand factory in China since 1999.

2. Q: Which countries do you mainly export to ?

    A: We export to all over the world.

3. Q: Do you provide sample? Is it free or extra charge ? 

    A: Sure, our samples could be sent for evaluation at any times.  Sample cost need to be paid.

4. Q: How long is your delivery time?

    A: Sample Time: 3-5 working days.  

        Bulk Order : Because all of our products are customized,  we don't have stock,  usually our 

        delivery time is 15 working days.

5. Q: What is your terms of payment ?

    A: Usually we accept Western Union for sample payment, T/T and Trade Assurance for bulk order.

        Payment<=2000 USD, we'd like to receive the whole amount in advance because of handling charges.

        Payment>=2000 USD, 40% T/T in advance, balance before shipment, take pictures for Confirmation.
